Henk is a senior manager with international management experience within several multinationals responsible for hundreds of employees. He lived and worked in various European countries as well in the Middle and Far East. Proven to be a successful manager in the realization of projects within complex organizations and within critical time frames, focussed on :

- Management of international projects with miscellaneous cultures involved
- System Integrator of large projects with multiple vendors
- Definition strategy and implementation plans
- Delivery of time critical projects within crisis situations
- A very broad experience in change management

In 2002 founded Henk Gaggle International , the company has been shaped by its pioneering and innovative achievements. Today the company is a recognised player in the market of Project Funding & Sourcing for Humanitarian projects and Private Placements.
